As the Director of YEFL-GHANA. Jawol Vera Magan oversee the portfolio management of YEFL-GHANA programs and administration. She Engages and Networks with partners and donors at varied level for investment in the empowerment of youth. Before named the Director, Vera started with volunteering for various youth development activities with different non-profit organizations in Ghana. She Worked as Programmes officer for Youth Empowerment programme and rose through the ranks to became the Technical advisor for Youth and Gender at YEFL-GHANA. She is an astute in development management and organization change specialist. At her leisure time she likes to explore nature.
