Partners of E4L Program challenge low women representation in leadership in Ghana

The implementing partners of Empowerment for Life (E4L) Program are challenging the low representation of women in political leadership in Ghana.



In a press statement issued by the Technical Advisor of E4L Program in charge of Advocacy and Gender, Mr. Fuseini Rahim, to celebrate efforts of women as the world marks International Women's Day, the partners called on the government, stakeholders and interest groups to address the under-representation and low participation of women in political leadership. The partners, which include Ghana Developing Communities Association (GDCA) YEFL -Ghana, School for Life (SfL) and Changing Lives in Innovative Partnerships (CLIP) implement several activities under the E4L Program to address gender disparity at various levels in Ghana.
